COLD BREW MOJITO

 

10        mint leaves

1 oz      simple syrup

¼ oz     lime juice

2 oz      cold brew *

1.5 oz   white rum

2 oz      club soda (or sparkling water)


In a glass, muddle together the mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice (if you don’t have a muddler, you can use the back of a spoon). Fill the glass with ice, then add the coffee and rum. Top with the club soda. Stir gently and serve.
