Shipping Policy

Our whole bean coffee is roasted once a week in small batches so it's fresh!

We'll have your order ready 2-3 business days after it has been placed, unless it includes pre-ordered items. Pre-orders ship within a week.

You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready.

CANADA

We offer $9 flat rate shipping to your door or mailbox anywhere in Canada (including rural and remote areas)!

Shipping is FREE on orders of $50 or more (automatically calculated at checkout).

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (1-7 business days) and include tracking.

UNITED STATES

We offer $12 CAD flat rate shipping to the United States. This rate does not include tracking. These orders are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet USA Air (5-8 business days).

For tracked shipping, we offer a flat rate of $15 CAD. These orders are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet USA (8-13 business days).
