This coffee has become very popular as your everyday dark roast, not just for espresso. The blend has remained the same, but we decided to give it a new name.

Humpback whales represent power, strength and a natural gentleness. We thought this was the perfect way to describe this blend, which is bold, yet smooth.

This is a blend of beans from Brazil, Guatemala and Mexico. It makes a delicious drip coffee, pour over or espresso. Our favourite brewing method is the AeroPress!
