340 g | 12 oz
Smooth, rich flavour with hints of caramel and fruit/berries
This one is roasted a bit darker and is quite bold. If you like a dark roast, this would be the one to try!
Colombia Jericó Madre Laura coffee is named after its town of origin. Jericó is a small Catholic town which is home to Colombia’s only canonized saint, Madre Laura. The town has a rich coffee culture, but has limited access to resources. This coffee was sourced from Campesino Coffee, an exporter that works with the farmers to improve production and increase sustainability, as well as providing a new option for farmers to sell their coffee at a much higher price.
This coffee was harvested from 20+ farms at an altitude of 1,900 to 2,000 MASL to create its distinct flavour profile.
