Flavour profile: medium-bodied with hints of vanilla, peach and the buttery sweetness of shortbread
This coffee originates from Boquete in the Chiriquí highlands. Boquete is the oldest and best-known region that grows the best quality of coffee in Panama. Grown at high elevations, a fine mist blows over the mountains and acts as a sort of air conditioning, which slows the ripening of the coffee cherries and creates a more developed flavour profile.
Panama Boquete coffee is naturally sweet with low acidity. This is a great option for anyone who prefers to drink their coffee black.
GRIND. BREW. ENJOY… with a bowl of oatmeal, stone fruit salad, pork chops and applesauce, or poured over ice cream.
